In the attached letter (Hebrew): IDF soldiers entered a Palestinian home in the city of Qalqilya, beat one of the dwellers until he lost his consciousness, while one of the soldiers threw a shoe at him. The Palestinian woke up and realized the soldieries were still beating him.
The Prosecution for Operational Affairs decided: there was no use of excessive force.

Nella lettera allegata (in ebraico): i soldati israeliani sono entrati in una casa palestinese nella città di Qalqilya, hanno  picchiato uno dei residenti fino a fargli  perdere coscienza, mentre uno dei soldati ha lanciato una scarpa contro di lui. Il palestinese quando ha ripreso i sensi , si è  reso conto che i soldati lo stavano ancora picchiando .Sono stati assolti perchè  non c'era nessun uso eccessivo della forza.
