Meretz a Hebron: Kahanists hanno trasformato la città in un luogo desolato e violento

20 years since the abominable massacre by Baruch Goldstein at the Cave of the Patriarchs, yesterday morning Meretz went on a tour to Hebron with Shalom Acshav. We were not alone, our tour was accompanied by a group of violent Kahanists who were active in the incitement campaign that led to the murder of Yitzhak Rabin and that instead of being locked behind bars, are the thug-rulers of Hebron.

Those who haunted and cursed us yesterday represent the 500 Jewish residents in Hebron, a radical and violent settlement among 150,000 Palestinians, that turned Hebron into a desolate city, with Jewish-only roads that cut the city in the middle and the Market streets completely deserted, which remind us that once there was life there.

Unfortunately, time and again these extremist settlers are the spiritual fathers of the Hilltop youth and "price tag" terrorists backed by the government. (...)

But for the Israeli public these hallucinatory people have long lost their legitimacy . We are tired of this extortionist, violent and messianic group which burns this country, fueling the hatred and winning more benefits at our expense.

The head of Meretz, זהבה גלאון Zehava Galon said during the tour that "Rabin was wrong when he didn't evacuate the Hebron Jewish community immediately after the massacre, and unfortunately it does not seem likely the current government will correct this historic mistake". When we will make the government fall and replace it by a true leadership it will happen. By the volume and level of violence, the cursing and swearing of a bunch of weirdos yesterday, they understand it too.

Alla Grotta dei Patriarchi  di Hebron  Meretz ha  fatto un tour con Shalom Acshav : " Non eravamo soli , il nostro tour   era accompagnato da un gruppo di violenti Kahanists , attivi nella campagna di incitamento che ha portato all'assassinio di Yitzhak Rabin e che invece di essere bloccati dietro le sbarre , rappresentavano i 500 residenti ebrei a Hebron , una soluzione radicale e violento tra 150.000 palestinesi, Sono loro che hanno trasformato Hebron in una città desolata con solo strade ebraiche  che tagliano la città.  Zehava Galon ha aggiunto  che « Rabin ha sbagliato quando non ha fatto evacuare la comunità ebraica di Hebron subito dopo il massacro , e purtroppo non sembra probabile che l'attuale governo voglia correggere questo errore storico " .
