Un soldato israeliano rapito e ucciso in Giudea-Samaria

1Arrestato un palestinese di 42 anni: avrebbe già confessato l'omicidio. Era entrato in taxi Giudea-Samaria, ma una volta arrivato a destinazione, un soldato israeliano è stato rapito e ucciso da un suo conoscente palestinese. Questi progettava, secondo i servizi segreti israeliani, di organizzare in un secondo tempo uno scambio: la liberazione del fratello - Nur-el-Din Amer, un miliziano di al-Fatah recluso dal 2003 per attività terroristiche - con il corpo del militare. Ma in poche ore il presunto rapitore palestinese, Nidal Amer (42 anni), è stato scoperto ed arrestato dagli agenti israeliani. È stato lui, secondo un portavoce militare, a mostrare loro il corpo del giovane (Tomer Hazan, 20 anni), gettato in fondo a un pozzo nel villaggio cisgiordano di Beit Amin, presso Kalkilya. L'ALLARME DEI FAMILIARI. Hazan, un soldato di leva dell'aviazione militare, aveva ottenuto il permesso di lavorare nelle ore libere in un ristorante della località turistica di Bat Yam (Tel Aviv). Là aveva fraternizzato con Amer e venerdì 20 settembre, al termine della giornata di lavoro, sono partiti assieme per la Giudea-Samaria. Quando in serata i familiari di Hazan si sono resi conto di aver perso i contatti hanno dato l'allarme. Ingenti forze dell' esercito hanno presto localizzato la abitazione di Amer e hanno compiuto diversi arresti nel suo villaggio. IL RITROVAMENTO DEL CADAVERE. Nella mattinata di sabato 21 settembre il cadavere del militare - che era stato pugnalato a morte - è stato recuperato in un pozzo vicino. Secondo lo Shin Bet, il servizio segreto di sicurezza, l'uccisione del militare è stata agevolata da due gravi infrazioni: la prima del militare stesso, che pare essere entrato di propria volontà in Giudea-Samaria; la seconda attribuita ai gestori del ristorante che non avrebbero dovuto offrire un lavoro a un palestinese che, come Amer, era privo dei necessari permessi di lavoro. Over the last day it was uncovered that Hazan, who worked in a Bat Yam restaurant together with Nadal Amar, a Palestinian resident of Beit Amin near Qalqilyah. Amar picked up the Hazan on Friday and the two took a taxi to the Israeli West Bank settlement Sha'arei Tikva, located near Amar's village. Amar, who was arrested by security forces on Saturday, admitted that he led Hazan to a well north of the Palestinian town Sanriya, near Qalqilyah, where he murdered him and hid his body. A few hours ago, Amar led the Israeli security forces to the seven meter deep well where the body was hidden. In his Shin Bet interrogation Amar admitted he lured Hazan to the West Bank. It is still unclear why the Hazan agreed. In the investigation, the Palestinian suspect admitted that he committed the murder in order to bring about the release of his brother, Nur al-Adin Amar, who has been incarcerated in Israel since 2003 and is considered a Tanzim member involved in a number of terrorist attacks. Several of Amar's family members were also arrested. The Shin Bet said that the investigation is still ongoing and that further arrests can be expected. Azzoun has been put under curfew and journalists are not allowed in, while the IDF is still conducting a search the area. Palestinian news agency Maan reported that 18 IDF vehicles were searching the village of Jaba, east of Ramallah.
