Israele approva i piani per la costuzione di 870 unità abitative negli insediamenti in Cisgiordania

Sintesi personaleL'Amministrazione Civile, massima autorità civile israeliana in Cisgiordania, ha approvato piani di costruzione per 878 unità abitative in insediamenti isolati in tutto il territorio.La discussione   era stata inizialmente rinviata quando il  Segretario  di Stato John Kerry aveva annunciato che le  le trattative diplomatiche con i palestinesi sarebbero  riprese  negli USA, ma è stata  ripresa  in questi ultimi giorni.
E' stata data anche  l'approvazione retroattiva per la costruzione di 17 unità abitative in un'altra zona di Silo, dove  Amana ha già iniziato a costruire a quanto pare senza permessi.L'Alta Corte di Giustizia ha emesso un provvedimento cautelare contro il proseguimento della costruzione presso il sito  in risposta ad una petizione.Una indagine penale è in corso  in  Giudea e Samaria dalla  Polizia , ma lo Stato ha continuato a spingere per la costruzione . Dopo l'approvazione retroattiva i documenti ufficiali saranno disponibili per la pubblica visione e obiezioni.Alcune 559 unità residenziali sono stati retroattivamente approvato nella colonia di Talmon, 304 dei quali nel quartiere settentrionale di Zayit Raanan. Ci sono circa 30 edifici in quel quartiere al momento solo 10 di loro legalmente costruiti. Altre  255 unità sono state approvate con effetto retroattivo a Talmon, nel Nahalei quartiere Tal .

In Kokhav Yaakov un piano per 38 unità abitative è stato approvato con effetto retroattivo e al  Kibbutz Ghilgal nella Valle del Giordano sono state aggiunte altre 78 unità oltre le 156 già in atto. In Almog, che è vicino al Mar Morto, 31 unità sono state approvat  e in Alon Shvut a Gush Etzion un piano per 60 unità è stata avanzato

Ieri l'Amministrazione Civile israeliana ha dato il via libera alla costruzione di 878 nuove unità abitative all'interno di coloni in Cisgiordania. Alcune di queste erano già state costruite illegalmente e hanno ricevuto i permessi retroattivi.
Secondo quanto affermato dal ministro Silvan Shalom, il via libera era già stato dato alcune settimane fa, ma ne era stato posposto l'annuncio ufficiale per evitare problemi al segretario di Stato Kerry e ai suoi tentativi di riavviare il negoziato di pace con i palestinesi.

The Civil Administration, Israel's highest civilian authority in the West Bank, approved construction plans on Wednesday for 878 housing units in isolated settlements across the territory.
Discussion of some of the plans had initially been postponed following U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry's announcement that diplomatic negotiations with the Palestinians would resume, but was brought back to the drawing table in recent days.
Several plans that had already been approved in the past by the government came up for discussion in the Civil Administration Higher Planning Council, including validations for the construction of 95 new residential units in the settlement of Shiloh, on a site in a southern neighborhood that now holds chicken coops.
Validation is the final stage necessary for approval in the planning council, paving the way for the construction and sale of the unit - pending approval by the Defense Ministry.
The council also gave retroactive approval for the construction of 17 residential units in another area of Shiloh, where the Amana movement has already begun to build, apparently without permits.
The High Court of Justice issued an interim injunction against the continuation of construction at the site, in response to a petition.
A criminal investigation was then launched by the Judea and Samaria Police central investigative unit, but the state continued to push for building permission. Following the retroactive approval, the official documents will be available for public viewing and objections.
Some 559 residential units were retroactively approved in the settlement of Talmon, 304 of them in the settlement's northern neighborhood of Zayit Raanan. There are about 30 buildings in that neighborhood at present, only 10 of them legally constructed. Now, according to the plan, the northern neighborhood is scheduled to become a spacious sub-division. Another 255 units were retroactively approved in Talmon, in the Nahalei Tal neighborhood where fields currently stand.
